Protecting Buyers
- All sales are final. If an item is for sale and a buyer buys it, the buyer must get the item. If there was at all an error, the buyer must immediately get a refund.
- If there is a dispute, then the buyer must return the item. for the refund. Please see the “Returns and Refunds” for more info.
Protecting the Seller (Artists)
- If a buyer buys an item and returns a defective product that was not defective, the policy is to side with the buyer. The byer will get a warning. However, if trusted seller(s) complain about a buyer returning defective products more than once, then the standard policy is to side with the seller.
The goal is to always resolve disagreements in an easy manner. We strive to uphold happy buyers and sellers, but are aware there are times to investigate cases on both sides. Hopefully we can keep everyone happy as it’s best for long business.
